Denning, Cartwright to compete at youth sailing world championships

Dec 11, 2025 - Bahamian sailors Eliza Denning and Norman Cartwright Jr. are set to represent The Bahamas together at the Youth Sailing World Championships, both making a second consecutive appearance at the global meet. This year’s event will run from December 12-20 in Vilamoura, Portugal.

The sailors will be accompanied by Coach Niels Broekhuizen at the competition. He outlined his expectations for Team Bahamas ahead of the youth sailing worlds.
