Bahamian sailors secure top three finishes - 2026 ILCA Bahamas Open Nationals

Bahamian sailors walked away as top three finishers from the 2026 International Laser Class Association (ILCA) Bahamas Open National Championships at Lyford Cay in Nassau, The Bahamas, over the weekend.

Up to 23 sailors hailing from the Caribbean, Portugal, Great Britain, the United States of America (USA) and Canada competed in the ILCA 4, ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 classes.

Top Bahamian sailor Joshua Higgins placed among the top three in the ILCA 7 category.
